But while the rain kept most from stepping onto the hardcourts, two players refused to let the weather wash away their momentum.

For the very first time in TP history, the Player of the Month crown is a shared throne, celebrating top performers from both the Men’s and Women’s divisions in the same month. Standing tall above the monsoon blues, Jus Palomar and Kyle Sinday put on absolute clinic performances to claim the August honors.

Over in the Men’s division, Jus Palomar proved that pure hustle always beats bad weather. Dodging storm clouds and seizing every playable window, Palomar racked up a heavy match load to finish with a gritty 9-5 win-loss record and an impressive 68.92 score. In a month where simply getting on the court felt like a win, Palomar’s determination to log 14 high-stakes matches set the gold standard for the community.

Matching that relentless drive in the Women’s category, Kyle Sinday put together an extraordinarily sharp August campaign. With surgical precision, Sinday stormed through her matches to lock down an outstanding 7-3 record, earning a stellar 67.16 score. Her ability to stay sharp and maintain a dominant win percentage despite constant schedule disruptions made her an unmistakable choice to share the spotlight.
